These Terms and Conditions apply to all affiliates of Global Business International (GBI). By becoming an affiliate, you agree to the following terms:
Upon joining Global Business International, a one-time, non-refundable service fee of $50 is required. This fee is necessary to cover administrative costs and does not contribute to any investment or earnings.
Affiliates are required to pay a monthly installment of $10. This amount is a refundable principal only, meaning that it will be returned to the affiliate under certain conditions, such as upon leaving the program. This installment is crucial for maintaining an active status within the company.
Affiliates are eligible to withdraw funds from their account once they have accumulated a minimum balance of $30. This threshold ensures that withdrawals are substantial and worth the processing effort.
A 5% fee is applied to all withdrawals made by affiliates. This fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount and covers transaction and processing costs.
Affiliates are required to complete KYC procedures to verify their identity. The necessary documents include:
Failure to complete KYC may result in delays or restrictions on account activities.
Affiliates must maintain a minimum balance of $10 in their account at all times. Additionally, accounts must be activated before the 1st of each month to remain eligible for commission payments. Your account must be activated before 1st of every month, otherwise your commission will miss automatically.
Affiliates who consistently fail to maintain the minimum balance for 3 to 5 consecutive months will have their accounts automatically blocked or deleted. This measure ensures that only active and compliant affiliates remain in the program.
An active account is defined as one that is either maintained with a $10 monthly fee or pre-paid with an annual amount, the specifics of which will be determined at the time of payment. Active accounts are essential for participation in the company's profit-sharing and commission structure.
Accurate Information: Affiliates must provide accurate, complete and truthful information in all aspects of their participation in the program. If any information provided is found to be false or misleading, the Company reserves the right to terminate the affiliate account immediately.
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy and protection.
Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time, without notice, if the affiliate is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engages in any activity deemed harmful to the Company's reputation or operations.
Account Blocking: The Company has the right to block an affiliate account if it is found to be involved in any fraudulent activities.
Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links as per the agreed commission structure.
Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold is met.
Payment Conditions: Payments will be made through the specified payment methods and any applicable taxes or fees will be the responsibility of the affiliate.
These terms and conditions are designed to maintain the integrity of the Global Business International program and ensure that all affiliates have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and the company's expectations. The information we gather and how we use it
We gather two types of information about the users of our site: non-personally identifiable and personally identifiable information. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who may be using our servers or services for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement for investigation or prosecution, or to suspend or terminate your membership in connection with any suspected illegal activity.
